The Client Success Manager will be a key member of the team responsible for ensuring successful onboarding to the adoption of the ForceMetrics platform by our partner departments and agencies. You will work closely with ForceMetrics leadership, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to implement client success strategies and measure their impact.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships internally and externally, preferably in a B2G SaaS environment.
- Previous experience in public safety
- Passionate about customer success with a client-centric approach, focused on growth through empathy, customer engagement, and active listening, driving operational efficiency and ROI.
- Proactive approach to customer management. Deep ability to understand customer needs to develop tailored strategies which result in increased adoption, renewals, and customer satisfaction.

Who you might be
- 3+ years of customer success or sales experience.
- Demonstrated high-level communication skills honed through your experience, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced team where you can take the initiative and generate daily results.
- Passionate about helping make a difference in the lives of many.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM.
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder. Must be able to pass an FBI background check.
- Willing to undergo background checks to work with highly sensitive data entrusted with us to positively impact the world.
- Ability to travel up to 50% - 75%. Occasional last-minute travel may be required.

What will make you stand out
- Previous public safety experience.
- Experience in Government and/or Public Safety sales.
- Deep expertise in Customer Success Methodology, Renewal & Expansion Strategies, and Leadership built on teamwork and peer cooperation.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
