The Retail Account Executive responsibilities include building retailer relationships, managing training and event logistics, performing in-store support, managing and mentoring Beauty Educators, reviewing performance, time and attendance, and ensuring regulatory and company values are upheld.
The Retail Account Executive should be able to perform efficiently in a retail and home office environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making skills, and is accountable for Beauty Educator and brand performance in their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor Beauty Educators to excel in their role
- Develop relationships with retailer employees, Headkount clients, and Beauty Educators
- Leverage retailer relationships to secure training, events and other opportunities
- Conduct and document regular performance check-ins with Beauty Educators
- Manage time & attendance
- Partner with scheduling team for necessary changes
- Ensure company, brand, and retailer standards are met
- Partner with supervisor and HR to handle escalations in a timely matter
- Achieve sales goals
- Complete detailed in-store surveys after every shift
- Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app
- Regularly communicate with cross functional Headkount teams to share market specific opportunities, and strategy
