Job Title: Integrated Material Solutions (IMS) Account Manager
Location: East Hartford, Connecticut

About the Role: As an Integrated Material Solutions (IMS) Account Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring material readiness for aerospace projects, focusing on emerging risks and critical parts management. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your deep understanding of aerospace materials and Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) processes to drive operational success.
You will manage key tasks like reviewing daily Critical Parts Lists (CPL), monitoring risks through Early Warning Reports, and addressing bottlenecks identified in Hurricane charts. This role requires strong executive level communication skills, analytical skills, technical knowledge of aerospace components, and proficiency with systems like SAP, Enginewise, and Dome. You'll also lead and complete projects that support the material supply chain for critical aerospace components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Critical Parts Monitoring: Analyze and manage the Early Warning risk, Hurricane Charts, and ad hoc request to mitigate risks that could impact the MRO output plan. Early Warning Reports to proactively address and resolve near term emerging issues and the Hurricane analysis to identify long term risk.
- Material Research: analyze and assess new and repair part consumption and serviceable material availability to enhance delivery timelines and improve MRO efficiency.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional mitigation activity to resolve material constraints, ensuring alignment with the MRO induction and gate 3 material needs.
- Risk Management: Utilize Comprehensive Line of Balance to itemize the mitigation plan at a monthly level reduce risk called out in the Early Warning & Hurricane Reports.
- Data Navigation: Access and interpret data from systems like B2B, Digital Control Room/Enginewise to support material allocation and decision-making.
- SAP Management: Navigate SAP P10 functions, including inventory checks, order tracking, and material status updates.
- Business Acumen: Apply insights into MRO business processes, ensuring that material plans align with business goals.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to RTX/PW compliance policies and external regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in aerospace MRO Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace materials, with a strong understanding of MRO operations.
- Hands-on experience with CPL, Early Warning Reports, and hurricane chart analysis.
- Proficient in SAP (MD04, MB51, MMBE, ZMRPCOMMIT) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Knowledge of Enginewise, Dome, and Service Value Catalog (SVC).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with MRP fundamentals, inventory forecasting, and bill of materials (BoM).
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and report outs to executive leaders.
- Strong understanding of business acumen in GTF MRO environments.

- Successful delivery of cross-functional projects within scope and time.
- Consistent improvement of MRO delivery plans through serviceable material strategies.
- Effective use of SAP and other data tools for material tracking and reporting.
