The Opportunity
Join Adobe as a Telemarketing/Lead Development Rep and play a key role in our dynamic Sales team in Lehi. What you'll Do
- Contact potential clients and establish their needs through effective qualification.
- Develop and nurture leads through various communication channels to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to successfully implement lead generation strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all lead interactions in our CRM system.
- Apply proven sales techniques to qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and strategies.
What you need to succeed
- Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships.
- Ambitious attitude with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Effective coordination and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and continuously strive for excellence.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $69,500 -- $106,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
