Position Summary:
Join Capital Rx as a Customer Success Engineer and play a vital role in enabling Capital Rx�s customers to leverage JUDI, our Enterprise Health Platform, to its full potential by integrating third-party systems via JUDI�s API and SSO connectivity. In this position, you will use your expertise in RESTful APIs and SAML to design, implement and support scalable integrations that enable Capital Rx�s customers to programmatically support complex workflows. Position Responsibilities:

Support and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and API integrations with external clients and third-party solutions.

Collaborate with SSO partners to implement new SSO integrations into JUDI and Capital Rx�s member portal.

Design and implement API-based integrations with clients and third-party applications.

Generate and manage API keys / credentials and permissioning for API-based integrations.

Collaborate with clients and third-party vendors to share best practices on how to use our API.

Follow and/or implement best practices regarding security for SSO and API integrations.

Act as subject matter expert in triaging API integration related issues.

Iterate on external-facing documentation on how to use our API and how to implement SSO integrations with Capital Rx.

Partner with product managers and development teams to identify SSO and API features that are needed to meet client and/or third-party vendor integration needs.

Responsible for adherence to the Capital Rx Code of Conduct including reporting of noncompliance.
Minimum Qualifications:

5 years of related experience.
-
Experience managing and integrating with Identity providers like Okta, Auth0 or Ping Federated.

Experience with SSO technologies such as SAML2 and SCIM.

Experience using industry standard log tools like AWS, Cloudwatch, and Dynatrace to triage SSO and API related issues.

Proficiency in capturing and understanding client requirements via meetings, emails, specs from RFPs, etc.

Deep understanding of security best practices and patterns in SSO and API integrations.

Excellent communication and formal documentation skills.

Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical internal and external parties.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Experience testing, validating, or using API testing tools like Postman.
Preferred Qualifications:

Pharmaceutical benefits, health plan and/or healthcare experience.

Experience with scripting, system administration, or relational databases.
Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000
