As a Senior Manager of Customer Operations, you will be the main liaison between key customers and the operational teams within Qualcomm. Working along side Sales, you will be looked upon to provide operational expertise and insight in contractual negotiations, Customer meetings which include Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) as well as ad-hoc critical supply escalations, supply chain environmental concerns, as well as deep understanding of Qualcomm operational capabilities in blustering support for the new markets that Qualcomm has entered. This role will work closely with a large cross functional team, including Business Unit Operations, Sourcing and Supply Chain Management, Finance, as well as Sales and Marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 13+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience in a high-tech product company.
• 2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above).
• 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
