Position Overview:
As the Program Manager of the Sales in Training (SIT) and Sales Onboarding Academy at SRS, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future sales talent of our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking, innovation, sales methodology, and talent development to drive our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Lead the design, development, and enhancement of our Sales in Training (SIT) and Sales Onboarding Academy curriculum. Ensure it aligns with our company's strategic goals and industry best practices.
- Talent Identification: Collaborate with HR and senior management to identify high-potential employees for the program, ensuring a diverse and inclusive participant pool.
- Learning Experience: Create a transformative and engaging learning experience for program participants through workshops, mentorship, simulations, and other innovative approaches.
- Program Delivery: Oversee program logistics, schedules, and budgets to ensure a seamless and cost-effective delivery.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of mentorship and continuous learning by matching participants with experienced leaders and subject matter experts.
- Performance Assessment: Implement robust assessment and evaluation processes to measure program effectiveness and participant progress.
- Feedback and Improvement: Continuously gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine and improve the program.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on program outcomes and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management, sales, talent development, or related roles.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent development and sales.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
