The Account Manager ensures that projects run smoothly, from the design stage to the receipt of the document confirming the customer's satisfaction with the installation follow-up.
As an Account Manager, your
main tasks will be to:
- Coordinate projects with all departments within the company.
- Perform complex and confidential tasks requiring a very good knowledge of sales cycles, procedures and organizational processes.
- Ensure that you have all the information you need to submit and create the project in the system.
- Manage the customer relationship from the first customer call through to project completion, including after sales or warranty issues with distributor orders.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Skills:
- Experience in customer service.
- Team player.
- Good general computer knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Enjoy working as part of a team, covering a variety of areas.
- Quality oriented.
