Business Development Associate - Fleet Keystone Irdeto is at the forefront of technology innovation, dedicated to delivering superior products and services in the Commercial Fleet industry. As we expand our footprint, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Associate to propel our growth and solidify our market position.
Your mission at Irdeto - Lead Generation: Actively identify and qualify new business leads to enrich our sales pipeline.
- Sales Excellence: Execute compelling sales presentations and product demos, highlighting our value proposition.
- Industry Presence: Champion the Keystone brand at key industry events, fostering new business avenues and enlarging our network.
- Revenue Goals: Meet and exceed short-term revenue objectives while laying the groundwork for sustained future growth.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate enduring relationships with key stakeholders in the Commercial Vehicle Fleet domain.
- Executive Engagement: Ensure seamless communication with top-tier executives, including C-suite, to align strategic objectives.
- Deal Closure: Skillfully negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and achievement of sales quotas.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and other internal teams to guarantee customer success.

- Sales Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, aiding in strategic decision-making.
How you can add value to the team: - Industry Connections: Established relationships with key players in fleet operations and technology, especially in Medium and Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicles.
- Telematics Expertise: Preferably knowledgeable in the Fleet Telematics ecosystem (e.g., Geotab, Samsara, Trimble).
- Independent and Team Work: Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting.
- Strategic Insight: A strategic mindset with an ability to think from an outside-in perspective.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional communication skills, adept at building bridges and engaging stakeholders.
- Sales Track Record: Proven sales success, with a minimum of 2 years in the Commercial Fleet Technology sector.
- Negotiation and Acumen: Strong negotiation skills and refined business insight.
Preferred Qualifications: - Educational Background: Degree in business or a technology-related field.
- SaaS Sales Experience: Prior success in selling SaaS technology solutions.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
- Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, capable of conveying strategic visions into operational plans.
