Reporting to the Global Key Account Manager, the position of Account Manager, based in Chicago, manages one of the top 5 global protein nutrition brands as a key customer and will focus on maintaining and growing their current business footprint with overall operational management of the relationship and actively supporting the wider account growth plans.
About the opportunity - Day to day management of a growing, successful account and their complex co-manufacturing network (manage customer demand forecasts and consumption, updates, and escalations).
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships that provide customer service excellence.
- Partnering with the Customer and their respective co-manufacturers to provide innovative business solutions. This may include both commercial and supply chain solutions as well as facilitating key internal IBP forums (demand review, supply review).
About you We are looking for a motivated and hungry self-thinker who is eager to make a measurable difference within a very exciting and fast-growing area of the Fonterra business. You'll be someone who can innately pick up on trends and insights and be able to communicate these to your customer base in a transparent manner for the advancement of their business.
