Description
As a Technical Account Manager you will manage customer relationships, expectations, and interface with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success. In this dynamic customer facing, process-oriented role, you will focus on retaining and growing your assigned accounts.
You will manage the customer's technical proposal process and ensure that all technical information and recommendations addressing client requirements are accurate, properly defined, and detailed. You are the primary point of contact for all customer projects and issues. In this role you are also responsible for developing statements of work for products and services needed. This position requires effective interaction with Engineering.
Job Responsibilities - You are the primary and first point of contact for all your assigned customer accounts.
- You are responsible for establishing and growing the business partner relationship with each customer. You become the face of Logical Net and take responsibility for each customer's success in their IT journey.
- You will coach each customer on IT best practices and advise them on their IT strategy (including helping them budget for IT needs). This includes scheduling and leading quarterly business reviews.
- You are also the traffic controller, making sure all customer projects meet their milestones and the right business or technical expertise is available when needed.
- You will prepare & finalize business proposals and IT service orders to meet your client's technology needs.
- You review the accuracy of monthly invoices, tickets & project time entries.
- As needed, you will travel to your customer locations to achieve all of the above.
Requirements
Necessary Qualifications - Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships
- Excellent organization and follow-through skills - you pay attention to the details and have a system to do so
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A broad understanding of IT technology and common IT challenges facing a small/medium-sized businesss
- You understand how businesses work and their key challenges. You know how to read and can explain a financial report.
- You have a deep understanding of Logical Net's products & services and how they can be applied to your assigned customer accounts.
- You have a valid driver's license. Expect 15-25% local travel.
Compensation: salary and commission (paid quarterly) based on net increase in recurring monthly billings for assigned accounts.
Salary Description
$65,000 - $75,000 per year
