A family-run construction and property management firm in Farmington Mills, MI is searching for a skilled and experienced Lease Account Manager to oversee lease renewals and move-out statements across a portfolio of 22 apartment buildings! They are looking for a proactive individual who is adept at ensuring compliance with state laws, managing lease renewals, and conducting property audits. Pay Range: $24 - $30 / hour DOE
Requirements:- 6+ years of experience in multi-family management
- At least 3 years of experience with Yardi software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations
- Ability to adapt to various personalities and maintain a team-oriented approach
- A bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:- Manage resident move-out statements and ensure timely processing and distribution of deposit refunds
- Oversee lease renewals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, with a focus on compliance and customer satisfaction
- Conduct on-site audits and oversee property reports to aid in staff training and maintain company standards
- Act as a backup for Accounts Receivable, application processing, billing, and collections
- Collaborate closely with the Collections Manager and support other team members as needed
