The Customer Success Associate will assist the Customer Success manager with customer relationships as it relates to software and/or service products starting after a sale is complete and continuing through renewal.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Handle inbound telephone, e-mail, fax and Chat inquiries from customers
- Assist Customer Success Managers in onboarding and renewal of all customers
- Collaborate with territory and regional managers to provide software demonstrations and coordinate communication to ensure maximum customer success.
- Proactively communicate with subscribers to ensure data quality, compliance, and readiness.
- Collaborate with Customer Care to resolve customer complaints or concerns regarding service, products, pricing.
- Collaborate with software technical support to resolve customer technical issues.
- Advocate for the customer by documenting feedback and feature requests. Communicate this information to software development.
- Become an expert user of software developed by School Health and assist with quality assurance testing.
- Provide Cross Functional Support as the business requires
- Update and modify system user documentation knowledgebase

xperience: - 1-3 years Customer facing experience
- SaaS sales or support experience preferred
- Experience with customer support software preferred (Zendesk, Jira Service Management, etc.)
Education: High School or equivalent; some college or business courses strongly preferred. Relevant experience will be considered
Physical Requirements: - Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
