Role Description: Mid-Market Account Manager, Life Science Loftware's Mid-Market Life Science Account Manager is responsible for a rich base of existing accounts as well as a broad territory of prospects in the America's. The primary focus of this role is to migrate the existing base of customers to one of our many cloud-based solutions that include both Enterprise Labeling and Artwork / Workflow Management. The secondary objective of the role is to sell to new companies.
Responsibilities:- Utilize a consultative sales approach throughout the sales cycle to understand customer's business pains and their perception of potential solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed quota
- Identify expansion or upsell opportunities within the midmarket installed base and with specific targeted companies
- Collaborate with the SDR team on inbound net-new business opportunities
- Develop a working knowledge of Loftware's products, competitors, and industry trends
- Articulate industry-specific value propositions to address common vertical pain points with a focus on the industrial manufacturing industry
- Provide accurate forecasts and reports on sales activities and projects
- Engage Loftware resources as needed to effectively close business
Required Qualifications:- 3+ years selling Cloud-based and/or SaaS solutions
- Experience selling ERP, WMS or Supply Chain solutions is a plus
- Experience managing existing and penetrating new Life Science accounts is a plus.
- Experience selling to both existing accounts and net new businesses
- Verifiable track record of achieving/exceeding quota
- Experience with Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM solution
Soft Skills:- Highly skilled selling to multiple roles and levels within an enterprise including IT
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with virtual teams including Marketing, Solution Engineers, and Services.
- Demonstrated ability to network and work effectively with strategic partners, i.e. Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics and SAP and JDE
- Knowledge of solution and value-based selling methodologies
- Skilled at qualifying accounts and executing a value-based solution sales process
- Multilingual skills are a plus
