The Opportunity: Enterprise Account ManagerTerritory: EastWork as a team member with the sales department to grow sales and build relationships. This position will be the front-line contact between the company and current customers. Sells products by maintaining and expanding customer base.
What can you expect the role to look like: - Independently managing time, territory and travel in a way that maximizes the number of sales contacts across office based, direct in-person and event interactions.
- Consistent and detailed use of LifeLoop's CRM system to track and manage all sales activities and pipeline opportunities.
- Prospecting and cold calling for new clients building a funnel of leads.
- Preparing and presenting customized proposals and agreements to prospective clients, including detailed demonstrations of our solution.
- Effectively utilizing technology to facilitate remote presentations over the Internet.
- Promoting a positive image for the Company by participating in tradeshows, professional organizations, and community functions.
- Managing current client relationships and securing their renewals.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
- Fill and maintain sales funnel at capacity with accuracy.

- 4-6 years of sales experience in a B2B consultative sales role, selling into senior leadership in healthcare markets.
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
- A proven record of exceeding sales quotas over an extended period in SaaS, consultative sales within the last 3-5 years.
- Expertise with technology (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel forms and formulas, Zoom web-based software applications).
- Strong writing skills - ability to customize sales kit/tools as needed on the desktop.
- High level of organization, time management, self-initiative and experience managing a multi-state sales territory from a home office.
- Highly developed presentation and stand-up facilitation skills.
- Solid knowledge of healthcare, preferably experience working with enterprise sized prospects and clients.
- Proven experience calling on top-level executives in a healthcare setting (CMO, CIO, Clinical Director, QI Director, Provider Manager, CEO).
- Understanding of healthcare provider markets, specifically senior living, and post-acute care, and how to navigate them.
- Strong knowledge of Software as a Service (SaaS) models and how business systems integrate. Must have advanced level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to conduct independent market research on the internet.
- Life-long learner who continuously grows and evolves to overcome market challenges and capitalize on opportunities to grow revenue.
- Formal training in Solution Selling, Challenger Sale, and/or Strategic Selling methodologies.
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds.
