Key Duties / Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding and Account Transition:
- Prioritize communication with new clients, expertly guiding them through the onboarding process.
- Seamlessly coordinate the collection of artwork for new campaigns, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Provide dedicated support for accounts transitioning to your care, maintaining continuity and offering necessary assistance.
Client Engagement:
- Initiate proactive communication with new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, addressing their needs and providing assistance with any ongoing campaigns.
Account Management:
- Address urgent client needs or inquiries promptly, demonstrating a responsive and solution-oriented approach.
- Review billing inquiries and collaborate with the finance team for efficient resolutions.
- Scrutinize allocation reports to ensure all ad copies are approved before the deadline.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sales, or contract renewals within your designated account list.
CRM Maintenance:
- Regularly update customer information in the CRM system to maintain accurate and organized records.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to log client interactions, ensuring a seamless and well-documented client journey.
Sales and Renewals:
- Identify potential upsell opportunities based on client needs, contributing to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with your team to strategize on cross-sales, ensuring a holistic approach to client solutions.
- Work diligently towards meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets.
Relationship Cultivation:
- Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with your clients, demonstrating a commitment to their success.
- Uncover new goals and contribute valuable insights to the development of effective marketing strategies.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction, actively addressing any concerns.
Negotiation and Closure:
