Account Manager to focus on our
EverConnect 33 Mile Radius brand.
33 Mile Radius is a rapidly growing performance marketing, lead generation, and digital media solutions company that delivers measurable ROI for its clients across multiple verticals. Our team specializes in connecting customers to service providers through multiple acquisition channels of acquisition and lead distribution. We have vast digital marketing experience, we develop and deploy innovative media strategies, and have robust expertise in marketing to clients of all sizes.
Job Responsibilities: - Own all communication and customer journey for your book of business, ranging from 300-500 accounts.
- Proactive outreach to your portfolio of customers by phone, email, and text.
- Lead web conference Business Reviews for customers.
- Attend conferences and networking events.
- Schedule and lead check-in meetings for existing customers needing ongoing training.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue with existing customers.
- Collaborate with sales, production and other functions, ensuring cohesive communications with our customers.
- Meet team goals & OKRs.
- Be a product expert for our customers and Support team members.
- Managing annual renewals with your book of business and helping maintain our high retention rate.
- Monthly collections
Skills and Experience needed to be successful in this role: - Commitment to providing an exceptional service experience, building on (and improving upon) our very high recommendation rate.
- Excellent communication skills via phone and e-mail.
- Impeccable prose and time management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Salesforce is required.
- Comfortability with social media tools and all things web related.
- Outstanding organizational skills with strong follow-through on tasks and deliverables.
- Experience with client renewals and agreement negotiations.
- Excellent problem solver, with a strong focus on the 'Why'.
Where: The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.
This role can be based anywhere in the United States- if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 USD per year + Commission in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
