Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Business Development/ Technical Sales Director with proven expertise in selling and understanding the nuances of offering consulting services as well as training and audit solutions. As a Business Development/Technical Sales Director the key is to describe and sell existing solutions and products, as well as creative thinking to understand clients' new or unmet needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to identify, nurture, and qualify existing leads. Proven ability to look for new opportunities and expand market presence.
- Engage successfully with various stakeholders, compellingly presenting the company's offerings.
- Demonstrate resilience by overcoming challenges in pursuit of business development goals.
- Stay on top of the competitive environment, industry trends, and local market dynamics to continually adjust sales strategies for target customers.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base = $110K-$1150K Based on experience
- Variable on Sales Commission
