Job Description:
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our client's sales efforts, combining your technical knowledge with your social skills to effectively promote and sell solutions. You will play a key role in the sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, by proactively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that address their challenges.
Responsibilities:
- 100% emphasis on net new business, prospecting new opportunities, building out your territory, managing relationships, scheduling calls, etc.
- Demonstrate a relentless determination to win sales by setting ambitious goals, overcoming obstacles, and consistently striving to exceed targets
- Take a proactive approach to sales by actively prospecting and networking to uncover new business opportunities, leveraging your social skills and outgoing personality
- Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the sales process, from initial client interactions to proposal preparation and contract negotiation, ensuring accuracy
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base = $80k-$100k
- Commission = 5% to quota
- Projected 1st Year Earnings = $150k
- Projected 2nd Year Earnings = $200k
