Job DescriptionAs the Sales Operations Director at Tower Communications Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team by overseeing and optimizing our sales operations processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment of sales strategies, systems, and resources to achieve our sales targets and organizational goals.
Key Accountabilities:Develop and implement sales operations strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline processes and maximize sales productivity.
Collaborate with senior management to establish sales goals, quotas, and targets, and develop strategies to achieve them.
Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making.
Manage and optimize sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting processes to provide accurate and timely insights to the leadership team.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and other sales technology platforms to support sales team effectiveness.
Lead and mentor a team of sales operations professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to drive performance and growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, product management, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of sales operations initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales processes, systems, and performance, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and enforce sales policies, procedures, and compliance standards to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
Prepare and present regular reports, analyses, and insights to senior management on sales performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or related roles within the telecommunications industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals and drive results.
Expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, CRM systems, and sales technology platforms.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and industry trends is a plus
