Customer Service / Dispatcher Responsibilities 10hrs a week
- Effectively manage incoming calls
- Schedule & communicate with technicians to meet customer requirements
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Business Development Responsibilities 30 hrs a week
- Cold calling and emailing prospective clients (25-75 daily)
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
