Pay Range: $65, 000 - $70, 000 DOE
Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging with leads from various digital platforms and the company's media content
- Efficiently convert prospects into scheduled appointments on advisors calendars using phone, email, and text messaging
- Document detailed interactions with prospects, ensuring accurate communication of information to the appropriate advisor or team
- Manage the distribution, collection, and processing of client questionnaires in preparation for advisor meetings
- Support the implementation of business development strategies, including tracking lead progress, managing reschedules, and maintaining CRM data
- Work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales teams to analyze and mitigate the frequency of meeting reschedules and cancellations
- Represent the company at seminars to enhance lead generation efforts, with no requirement for travel
Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or Finance
- Entry-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Financial industry knowledge is preferred but not required
- Client-service-oriented approach with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
- Experience with business communication over the phone
