Position: Account Manager
Overview: Since 1977, Echelon Supply and Service has been a leading supplier of hoses and hose assemblies for commercial and military applications throughout the world. Echelon Supply and Service is currently seeking a competitive, self-motivated Outside Sales Account Manager, who will thrive in a performance driven b2b outside sales environment.
Please note the salary range represents base + commission.
Job Summary: Providing fanatical customer service takes the energy, discipline and passion of everyone in the company. The Account Manager focuses on outside sales activities and connecting in person with customers. The Account Manager is responsible for sources leads and seeing them through the sales pipeline.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Contacting established, inactive, and prospective accounts on a scheduled basis to solicit purchase orders for company products
- Selling into major markets
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with established and prospective accounts
- Achieving individual and departmental financial goals established by the department manager
Qualifications: - Motivated self-starter with a strong proven track record of 2+ years of outside sales success preferred but not required, and the ability to meet & exceed target goals
- BA in Business, or another related field preferred, but not required
- Highly organized, with the ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task, and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
