Job DescriptionThe Sr. Account Manager drives the overall success of the assigned accounts by developing long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Sr. Account Manager oversees a portfolio of assigned accounts, grows new business from existing clients, actively seeks new sales opportunities, and delivers the organization's financial objectives. The Sr. Account manager leads and develops multiple account managers and their teams in order to drive success with their assigned customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Operate as the lead and high-level contact for multiple accounts and account teams.
- Hire, develop, coach, and ensure accountability to ensure high performing account teams.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned customers.
- Work Collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with Customer expectations.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to achieve desired financial metrics (revenue and profits).
- Assist with high-severity requests or escalations as needed.
- Visit the offices and locations of your customers as often as practical.
- Develop trust and operate with the highest degree of confidentiality.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives by working through their account teams.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.

Desired Skills, Certifications, and Education:- 5+ years of Account Management experience.
- High School Diploma/ GED.
- Knowledge of the commercial refrigeration industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer knowledge, particularly MS Office- Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Self-starter with strong organizational abilities. Proven ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage projects.
- Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work with minimal direct supervision are necessary.
- Discretion and confidentiality are required.
- Ability to work as a team member in a rapidly changing environment.
- Reliable, predictable attendance within client service hours.
- Responsive to internal and external client needs.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:Normal office environment. Occasional light lifting of office equipment, materials and boxes; frequent walking and standing; requires dexterity in the use of fingers for the operation of computers and other office equipment.
