Job OverviewThe Sales Account Executive is responsible for developing new business, selling to existing customers, managing projects through to completion, and meeting a yearly sales quota.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Develop new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, lead services, etc.
- Maintain client relationships to ensure future sales
- Resolve customer concerns and issues by investigating problems and developing solutions
- Conduct visits with potential/existing customers to review and clarify scope of work
- Conduct sales surveys to provide information for work orders
- Communicate daily with Account Coordinator/Project Manager/Field Manager regarding ongoing customer orders, issues, etc.
- Work with Project Manager to provide information for permits
- Work with estimator to draft pricing estimates
- Send timely estimates to customers for approval and facilitate collection of deposit
- Prepare take-offs by reviewing plans and developing material lists for bids
- Track and maintain records of all jobs through internal production software
- Review and maintain work in progress on a daily basis
- Work cooperatively with all production departments on project-related issues and questions to ensure efficient production and meet deadlines
- Conduct/attend team, project kickoff, and post mortem meetings as needed

- General knowledge of sales practices and functions
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft programs/Windows environment
- Strong basic math skills (addition, multiplication, division, fractions and decimals)
- Reliability, flexibility and a professional attitude and appearance
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively
- High school or trade school diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- United States Work Authorization
- Ability to:

Preferred- Sign industry experience
- Previous experience in sales environment
- Post-Secondary Degree, Certificate or Equivalent Experience
