Job Summary:Develops and fosters relationships with key customers in order to expand business opportunities and increase revenue. Has in-depth knowledge of products and services being offered. Ensures the needs of the customer are consistently met. Coordinates and leads efforts with sales team to maximize wallet share and profit for corporate locations. Frequent travel to customer locations to provide a world-class customer experience. Responsible for negotiation and renewal of existing contracts to increase sales and profitability.
Responsibilities:- The CAE will be the key contact on implementing new agreements. The CAE will strategize with all relevant Magid departments including Supply Chain, On-Site Services, Inside and Outside Sales and Finance, etc. to ensure a successful implementation.
- Drive all standardization efforts for corporate accounts.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with the key customer contacts.
- Oversee the customer rebate program.
- Ensure volume and incentives are in line with the customer agreement and that rebates are processed in a timely manner.
- Manages A/R to contract terms.
- Manage the price adjustment review.
- Adjust the price to terms of the contract.
- Raise brand items to terms understanding vendor discounts.
- Adjust Magid brand items to appropriate margins.
- Partner with Solution Services to promote profitable VMI sites.
- Drive Sales, profitability, contract compliance - know the customer and their culture.
- Mentors sales team concerning the customer's culture and contract obligations.
- Negotiate and renew existing contracts.

Experience/Education- Two years field sales experience or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Work Environment/Physical Requirements/PPE:
- Ability to travel 50-70%, via vehicle or airplane
- Valid driver's license and no major driving violations.
