Who are we looking for? We are seeking a skilled professional Account Manager with a solid understanding of Outsource Billing, reimbursements, and collections process along with a commitment for superb customer satisfaction. This role is responsible for managing, monitoring, and interpreting metrics to identify the necessary trends to contribute to the customer's success and avoid any negative impact.
You may be hired as an Associate Account Manager, or Account Manager based on your depth of skill and breadth of experience.
What will you do?- Customer liaison of outsourced billing for radiology practices and integrative healthcare systems located throughout the US
- Meet with and manage clients, manage offshore team relationships
- Manage assigned accounts to ensure timely response and appropriate actions are taken to enhance the customer business results
- Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information to comply with HIPAA and privacy requirements
- Responsible for all escalated account issues
- Identify areas where technical solutions would improve business performance & create documentation to streamline production process
What education and experience do you need? A combination of the following education and experience factors will be considered:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, or a relevant field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
- Intermediate skill in MS Office Suite & ability to navigate multiple software programs
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking & detail oriented
- Professional oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical billing and reimbursement knowledge, together with strong workflow management and people-relation skills
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of ABN, Appeals, EOBs, CPT, & ICD-10 coding

What does this position pay?Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $24.00-$31.00 hourly compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
