The Business Development Analyst requires a proactive, diligent, and well-organized individual who likes to read, research, and can help
identify and track potential Federal construction opportunities. This role is part-time, approximately 20 hours/week. Hours might vary based on workload. Flexible working hours can be discussed.
Responsibilities- Research different sources (e.g., sam.gov) to provide weekly report to Company's Executives
- Analyze gathered research and consolidate as needed
- Main point of contact for Company's Executives in relation to Federal construction opportunities
- Related duties as needed
Basic Qualifications- 2+ years of relevant experience in the real estate, construction, and/or architecture/engineering industry
- Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
- Strong technical reading comprehension
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- High level of attention to detail
- Proven ability to take initiative and work autonomously
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
Preferred Qualifications- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
