Position Summary:VicOne is the newly launched subsidiary of the global cybersecurity leader, Trend Micro. With a vision to secure the vehicles of tomorrow, VicOne delivers the most comprehensive portfolio of Automotive CyberSecurity solutions for the industry, supporting the cybersecurity of a vehicle throughout its life cycle. Leveraging over 30 years of cybersecurity experience from Trend Micro and the expertise of more than 10,000 independent researchers through the Zero Day Initiative, VicOne's cybersecurity solutions use the latest technologies like machine learning, behavior monitoring, and detection and response to help secure connected cars.
Responsibilities:- Sell VicOne automotive cybersecurity solutions to US auto market
- Meet sales quota
- Build POC and Sales pipeline
- Leverage existing relationships, specially with big auto OEMs and hunt for new logos, should be able to hunt for business (hunter profile)
- Responsible for sales presentations to clients, prospects and partners
- Build sustainable relationships with clients and partners
- Be updated on the latest in VicOne products, as well as competitive intelligence
- Evangelize VicOne solution and strategy at internal and external events
Qualifications:- 10 years sales experience with a Tier 1 company in the embedded software space (not mechanical, electrical systems)
- Sold engineering services and/or Cybersecurity extensively to US Auto OEM majors and bring relationships to the table
- Should have Bachelors in business, engineering, software
- Location - Detroit metro area (no exceptions)
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Should have native level proficiency in English language
- Travel up to 50%
