This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, customer service, and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our technology stack and the ability to provide expert level knowledge on how our solutions interact within the client's ecosystem. You will be responsible for working with our Sales Account Executives to manage client relationships, understand their technical requirements, and ensure that our solutions are aligned with their business goals.
Key Areas of Responsibility- Build and maintain strong relationships with LanguageLine assigned clients, acting as their primary technical point of contact.
- Provide in-depth technical guidance on LanguageLine suite of solutions, understanding the technical makeup and how they inte,grate with client systems.
- Monitor and communicate platform changes, new software releases, and updates to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and impacts to their operations.
- Advocate for client's needs and priorities within the organization, influencing product roadmaps and feature enhancements.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, coordinating with internal support teams as necessary.
- Conduct regular review meetings with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our solutions and to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on account status, including progress, risks, and opportunities, to internal stakeholders.
- Support LLS' Quality Management System (QMS) to continually improve the Division's processes, procedures, and services; and thereby increase efficiency, productivity, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salary for this role is listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this location. Experience and education refers to LanguageLine Solutions' current salary range for this position. US CA Monterey Headquarters (OnSite) and US (Remote) pay range is $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD Annually.
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- Proven 3+ years of experience in technical account management or customer-facing role, language services field a plus.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of mobile applications & web services. Voice and video solutions (telephony solutions, SIP, WebRTC), EHR (Electronic Health Record) platforms, and call center backgrounds are a plus.
- Analytical mindset with a strong troubleshooting background, the ability to problem-solve and make data driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and drive results.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Customer-centric approach with passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
