GTM IT Product Owner / Sr. BSA (Oracle CPQ & Salesforce CRM)
Location: anywhere in the U.S. / Sunnyvale, CA (preferred)
We are seeking a experienced Product Owner/BA with excellent knowledge of GTM (Go-To-Market) processes and systems. In this role, you will partner with our business team, understanding business needs, constructing scalable IT solutions aligned with long term product roadmap
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with GTM / Sales business, IT and cross-functional teams to analyze Opportunity Management/Configuration/Quoting needs and translate them into product requirements
- Create a product road map
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize based on changing requirements
- Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development
- Develop user stories
- Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints. Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process and collaborate with the product team and stakeholders to deliver updates
- Assist in capability/fit-gap analysis, early-stage solution outlines and developing solution options
- Guide business functions in understanding upstream and downstream impacts, user experience considerations of proposed process or system changes
- Assist in communicating the pros and cons of proposed solution options to facilitate decision-making and alignment across stakeholders
- Collaborate across various teams and geographies encompassing business, IT, Development and Platform administration to ensure solution realization
- Assist in design, configuration and implementation, ensuring scalable solutions and seamless integration with the existing systems
- Ensure the functional quality of delivered product capabilities
- Identify opportunities to drive efficiency through automating processes and improve reliability and performance of product
- Assist colleagues and users in defining acceptance tests for automated systems
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent required
- 10+ years of related experience with very good understanding of GTM processes (Opportunity Management, Configure/Price/Quote)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with hybrid delivery models onshore and offshore
- Experience on large implementations supporting complex Configuration/Quoting requirements
- Experience with SFDC Sales Cloud/ Oracle CPQ, SAP CRM/ECC is preferred
- Experience with Scrum and Agile development methodologies

Minimum Salary: $142,500.00
Maximum Salary:$218,500.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $142,500.00 and $218,500.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
