Senior Staff, Functional Sys Analyst (Oracle CQP + Salesforce CRM)
Location: anywhere in the U.S. / Sunnyvale, CA (preferred)
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Functional System Analyst with excellent knowledge of GTM (Go-To-Market) processes and systems. In this role, you will partner with our business teams, understanding business needs and constructing scalable IT solutions aligned with the long-term roadmap.
- Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with GTM business, IT and cross-functional teams to analyze complex business requirements
- Perform capability/fit-gap analysis, create process flows/early-stage solution outlines and develop solution options
- Guide business functions in understanding upstream and downstream impacts, user experience considerations of proposed process or system changes
- Clearly communicate the pros and cons of proposed options to facilitate decision-making and alignment across stakeholders
- Collaborate across various teams and geographies encompassing business, IT, Development, Infosec, Controls, and Platform administration to ensure solution realization
- Lead the design, configuration and implementation, ensuring scalable solutions and seamless integration with the existing systems
- Document work related to solution approach, functional design adhering to required standards, methods and tools
- Ensure the functional quality of delivered application capabilities
- Identify opportunities to drive efficiency through automating processes and improve reliability and performance of existing system capabilities
- Assist colleagues and users in defining acceptance tests for automated systems
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to support resolution of system and process issues in the production environment. Utilize analytical skills to perform root cause analysis and prevent recurrence
- Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent required
- 8+ years of related experience with very good understanding of GTM processes (Opportunity Management, Configure/Price/Quote to Cash, Channel Partner Relationship Management, Territory Management, MDM)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working in hybrid delivery models with teams located in various geographies
- Strong project management skills with experience on large implementations supporting complex configuration/quoting/pricing requirements
- Experience with SFDC Sales Cloud/ Oracle CPQ, Oracle Subscription Management, SAP CRM/ECC, Webmethods/OIC is preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus

- Occasional travel may be required

Minimum Salary: $110,500.00
Maximum Salary:$218,500.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $110,500.00 and $218,500.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
