Job Description- Ability to understand customer needs: Translate customer needs into quotations covering development projects and commercial delivery phases in close alignment with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Customization projects: Create standard platform offerings and customization projects based on customer requirements.
- Support ongoing projects: Cover the commercial aspects of changes to support ongoing projects and established customer relations.
- Sales support: Lead the quoting process till deal closing with subsequent coordination of the contract negotiation and support the sales team in on-site or online negotiations.
- Project management: Settle the won project in the organization and initiate the execution with the relevant team.
Qualifications- Technical degree or training: A technical degree or training with corresponding technical understanding.
- Industry knowledge: Knowledge of medical technology and/or pharmaceutical industry in the area of drug delivery systems is an advantage.
- Professional experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- Project management experience: First experience in leading development projects is an advantage.
- Commercial understanding: Commercial understanding and sales experience in B2B business.
- International business relationships: Ideally, experience in international business relationships.
- Multicultural matrix team structures: Experience in multicultural matrix team structures and should act as a team player with high social competence and empathy.
- Self-driven and solution-oriented mindset: A self-driven and solution-oriented mindset will support the success of the candidate.
- Language profile: Fluent in English; another language is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft suite & SF.com: Proficient experience in the Microsoft suite and feel comfortable using the CRM system salesforce.com
