- Be responsible for day-to-day account management and retention of Providence Health Plan's largest and most complex accounts
- Provide strategic account leadership and oversight, annual renewal negotiations, and annual contract review
- Consult with producers and groups
- Identify opportunities to expand Providence Health Plan services, relationships, and brand
- Balance member and group retention with appropriate loss ratio and NOI targets inclusive of large employers, national accounts, associations, and trusts
Please note the following important details regarding this role:
- This is a hybrid role, that will meet with clients throughout the Southwest Oregon Region
- Travel throughout the Southwest Oregon Territory Region is required
RequirementsRequired qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry
- Experience and comfort with public speaking and/or group presentation
