Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate direct reports through pipeline reviews, managing daily and weekly activities, forecasts, and closed deals
- Work cross-functionally to align prioritization & resources amongst, sales, product, marketing, engineering, and operations
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, pivot as needed and adapt quickly to change
- Strategically problem solve, project manage multi-step deals, proactively address problems and surface scalable solutions
- Hire, develop, and lead a world-class team to meet or exceed quota
- A focus on using MEDDPICC sales methodology day-to-day; leading a MEDDIC certified sales team
- Running a team focused solely on selling into the public sector, and knowing the processes that align with that
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years in sales leadership with a true manager quota
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and/or achieving quarterly or annual goals, as both an individual contributor and leader
- Experience tracking outbound KPIs/metrics
- Channel knowledge and experience strongly preferred
- Experience with team collaboration and a desire to help others grow
- Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- History of developing strong internal and external business relationships across departments
- Experience running a full sales cycle, with demonstrated ability to prospect into, qualify, and close larger deals
- Public Sector sales experience is a bonus
