ENTERPRISE SERVICES
Job Description:The person selected for this critical company position will have primary responsibility to audit and monitor the service(s) delivered to our clients, coordination of the onboarding of new clients, successfully maintaining good client relations and ensuring all service levels are met. This is not a sales position, but the person in the role will be assigned existing accounts and, when possible, growth of those existing accounts will be an accountability. Operational understanding of the real estate lending, closing and title process (or some part of it) are important to the success of the position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide and coordinate all activities with client onboarding, integrations, product development, scorecards and overall service satisfaction.
- Create reviews and distribute various reporting to communicate service levels.
- Maintain good relations with all levels of assigned client(s) management and employees; be the escalation when needed for defined clients.
- Provide client support and communication through regularly scheduled onsite visits, conference calls, reporting and other means, as deemed necessary.
- Maintain relevant operational knowledge of all ORTRIS products, including but not limited to, servicing products and operational procedures.
- Communicate business changes and needs to client(s), as deemed appropriate by manager.
- Provide end of month support and other business needs.
- Represent the company by attending social and business functions through personal involvement in service groups and business organizations.
- Develop and present client communication including website training, product roll out, scorecards, action plans and other data, as deemed necessary.
- Respond to customer needs, requirements and problems in accordance with and acts as an escalation between customer and operational centers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS CONTINUED:
- Complete expense reports each work week and submit them for processing.
- At a minimum, the ability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum of two years sales and/or operational industry experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work with people in a professional manner.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform in a fast-paced environment.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS:
- Business travel may be required by airplane or car.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time; especially during business conventions or other social/business functions.
