Your role as a Customer Success Associate:Our Technical Support team at Loxo is the face of our company and is responsible for partnering with our valued customers to help them implement our product, increase user adoption, and maintain retention. We are looking for a Technical Support Advisor who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-performing environment. We're also looking for someone who is technically savvy and curious about the intersection of technology and customer success. This position is a unique opportunity to be a critical team member at a high-growth tech start-up. We operate with a team-first ethos and a maniacal focus on customer satisfaction. This is a 100% remote position.
What you will be doing:- Work closely with customers to teach software and recommend best practices of varying complexity via email, live chat, phone, and video conferences.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner while providing world-class care to strengthen retention and loyalty.
- Become a subject matter expert in all things recruiting and Loxo in order to help improve our customer's processes and functionality.
- Work cross-functionality with the Product & Engineering teams to share customer requests and troubleshooting tickets to improve the customer experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to advocate for customer's product and technical needs.
