Our client is currently seeking an Account Executive (Southeast Region) to manage new and existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have experience targeting Houses of Worship, with a passion for the sales process: building relationships, promoting products and solutions to clients. Prior experience with digital imaging product sales would be an advantage for this position.
Main Responsibilities: - Ensure optimum account penetration and development by frequent customer contact, develop and establish methods of reporting, communication, profiling, and measurements associated with the performance of account penetration and development
- Provide key account technical coordination and maintenance of sales and marketing records for review by upper management
- Assist Sales Management in the development of materials and participate in the evaluation of account development effectiveness
- Advise management on recommended courses of action or areas needing improvement as they pertain to an assigned account
- Achieve Sales Targets
- Provide reports to management on a regular basis
- Identify new opportunities and develop ongoing relationships with customers in targeted markets to have clients' products standardized as a brand of choice.
- Develop business to relevant channels; the ability to collaborate with channel partners, internal account managers, business planning, operations and marketing is integral to this role.
- Document the development and ongoing status of all targeted customers and opportunities in contact management system (Salesforce.com).
- Support client and their product lines at trade events.
- Supply management with competitive information and accurate forecasts
This is a home-based position in the Southeast Region. Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Louisville, KY and Tampa, FL, preferred.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
- 5 years of related experience selling imaging equipment (or technical products) in a vertical market / B2B sales with a strong technical acumen
- Experience selling to the House of Worship vertical and a passion for it
- Experience in Live Event Production, Cinematography, Videography, highly preferred
- A strong knowledge of industry products and market intelligence
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar contact management system as well as system integration experience
- Successful candidate must live within the Southeast region of the United States, within reasonable proximity to a major airport
- This position requires driving for company business as an essential function of the job and must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines and policies
- Travel within the Southeast territory (East of the Mississippi, from Maine to Florida)
- Position is fully remote but person should be situated more South East (must be east of the MIssissippi and can reside anywhere along the east coast).

- Competitive Pay of $75K-85K / year
- OTE: $115,000 - $130,000
