The Opportunity
Nutanix is looking for a passionate seasoned Global System Integrator Business Development Manager (GBM) to help Nutanix drive multifold growth in Global Enterprise Customers with TCS.
This results-driven role will report to the worldwide Global System Integrator (GSI) organization and closely collaborate with regional GSI Sales, technical, marketing, and solutions teams.
Global Systems Integrator - Business Development at Nutanix
Your Role
· Plan and Drive activities and initiatives to achieve both short-term and long-term revenue and pipeline goals with the GSI.
· Build a true 360 Degree partnership with GSI acting as their champion across the Nutanix organization and evangelizing Nutanix as their transformational partner of choice.
· Work closely with Nutanix and TCS Account, SE, Alliance, Practice and COE teams.
· Create, develop, Own, and execute the joint business plan covering Business goals, relationship mapping, joint solution development, go-to-market, and enablement.
· Collaborate with various stakeholders within Nutanix and GSI to execute the business plan.
· Build an account-based strategy to crack large enterprise accounts by working closely with the GSI & Nutanix field sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
· Facilitate the right flexible commercial constructs for the partner in line with their requirements.
· Define and track business metrics and conduct regular business reviews and executive briefings with Nutanix and the GSI partner. Ensure regular cadence and governance between leaders of both organizations at country, Regional, and Global levels.
· Enable partner stakeholders across GSI teams by conducting sessions on partnership, nutanix's value proposition & Offerings.
· Evangelize Triangulation joint solutions with other OEM’s like HPE, Cisco & Microsoft and build relationships with the GBM of these organizations.
· Ensure GSI has the right number of certified resources and agreements and can deliver services to the customers on our technology.
What You Will Bring
· 10 to 15 years of experience leading and managing a Global SI partner, building a business plan, and executing the same with a Global System integrator
· 3+ years of work experience managing TCS as a GSI in the recent past.
· High-level understanding of software, cloud, virtualization, storage, and data center technologies.
· Well-organized with a track record of developing and consistently executing business and revenue plans through alliance partnerships
· Hands-on alliance leader individually with strong business, technical acumen, and negotiation abilities.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with partners, customers, and internal cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing & Engineering.
· Comfort with building strong relationships at all levels (working level to executive level) of the GSI partner organization
· Expertise in developing and executing solutions sales and product marketing programs
· Ability to lead the development of joint value proposition along with GTM strategy for partners
· A structured thinker with superior writing, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
· Mature and confident, with the presence to effectively represent the company externally, and bring enhanced credibility to Nutanix with a high level of personal and professional ethics and integrity.
· Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and the ability to inspire others to act without using explicit authority.
· Self-motivated and Hands-on, with a “does what it takes” attitude to drive success.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 232,400 and USD $ 348,600 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
