As an OP Technical Account Manager, you are the liaison for our partnered carriers and the main point of contact for any issues. You will be responsible for contract negotiations with partners and managing carrier onboarding. As part of the Operator Partner team, you will work cross-functionally, managing relationships with all carriers and business partners based in North America.
Whatwillyou do at Infobip?- Manage carrier relationships with North American carriers, suppliers and service partners and is the main point of contact for carrier issues.
- Actively negotiate to improve pricing and contracts with assigned carrier and partners.
- Manage new operator onboarding tasks such as onboarding MNOs through partners or adding new direct carrier connections.
- Provide monthly messaging reports to US carriers and work closely on any billing or invoice issues
- Identify and attend relevant industry events and conferences.
- Continuously work on process and strategies for new product launches, both internally and with the carriers.
- Prioritize, plan and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objective and departmental goals.
- Support product development efforts by researching for the best carrier solutions to meet sales and product development needs.
- Identify gaps and take corrective actions with carriers to effectively reduce our interconnection costs
- Manage direct reports that handle carrier pricing and work closely with internal departments
- Manage escalations to and from our carrier and supplier partners both internally and externally
- Keep up with all updates from the industry, updates on new product launches and messaging guidelines.
More aboutyouandyourqualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience In-depth knowledge of industry and carrier guidelines
- 5+ yrs of experience in operator partnership or carrier relationship
- Strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experienced in internal and external partner management.
- Ability to investigate customer concerns and solve them in a timely manner, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal and external customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and easily adaptable to change and work under tight deadlines.

Salary Range - An annual salary base of $70K-90K USD plus an annual bonus (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skillset).
