Rohde & Schwarz develops, produces and markets innovative products for test and measurement, broadcast and media, cybersecurity, secure communications and monitoring and network testing areas. As one of our Test & Measurement Account Managers, you will be part of a customer-focused team dedicated to maximizing sales through the development of new business and working closely with our existing customers utilizing a solutions-based sales approach. Product categories that enable our customers to succeed include spectrum/signal analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, power meters, and communication test systems. We are currently looking for an Account Manager to be based in Minnesota providing sales support to both existing and new Test and Measurement customers throughout Minnesota, Iowa North and South Dakota.
Your tasks - Understand customer needs and identify how Rohde & Schwarz products can provide technical solutions
- Create new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
- Grow the territory and exceed quota
- Build and manage a strong sales funnel
- Provide input and feedback to product marketing, service and development groups on customer product and application requirements

Your qualifications - Two to four years technical sales experience
- An understanding of current electronics industry technologies
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for selling, an intense focus on customer service, and an overwhelming desire to succeed
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer interface skills
- The ability to travel throughout the territory with some national and international travel.
- External candidates must be current US residents with valid US work authorization

This is a full-time position with a base salary range of 100k-230k plus commission & benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills
