SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meets or exceeds assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share and other key financial performance objectives
- Develops and maintains customer relationships
- In charge of developing the business in new areas
- Develops and grows the business with new and existing customers
- His/her market expertise will be used to develop new products and to build regional strategy
- Aligns the sales organization's objectives with the business strategy to include forecasting, and achieving the yearly annual operating plan
EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 10+ years' experience in the following markets: (Personal Care and Beauty market, Coatings, Imaging, Adhesives, Plastic Masterbatch)
- Knowledge of low molecular weight polymers, additives and key market segments
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Strong presentation skills and negotiation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate in English mandatory
- Ability to work in intercultural environment
- 50%+ Travel (passport/visa may be required)
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred or technical degree in related markets noted above
