As a Program Manager at TURION, you will be responsible and accountable for all cost, schedule, technical, and risk management activities associated with the programs' scope. You will be responsible for building and managing external supplier partnerships as well as collaborating cross functionally with internal business units for hardware and technical deliverables. A successful candidate has demonstrated experience interacting with U.S. Government agencies such as the Air Force, Space Force and/or NASA, managing supplier subcontracts, and leading a team in accordance with the program budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, direct, and control all activities of the program to satisfy requirements and meet financial commitments to the company.
- Work with both internal and external stakeholders to manage overall program schedule and budget.
- Manage customer relationships.
- Work within the organization to define, secure, and organize resources, standards, processes, procedures, and tools essential for the successful completion of the program.
- Provide support to business development activities as required.
- Consult with executive management to develop and implement current, annual and long-term technical, schedule, quality, business, and financial objectives for the program(s).
- Act as a role model through personal excellence, integrity, and accountability throughout the business
- Travel associated with supplier management, business development support, and/or customer visits may be required.
