Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales quota accountability will range from $300k to $1.2m per calendar year.
- Outbound outreach between 50-75 sales calls per shift.
- Connect to our Fans using our Campaign Dialer System while using our CRM system Salesforce.
- Receive warm leads from Fan Advisors to convert to new sale opportunities.
- Ability to use CRM, CTI Phone Software, OMS systems, and Microsoft 365 Office software.
- Fan Experience is a top priority, be a resource for any service requests that may evolve through conversation.

- Hot Market periods are an integral part of our business, open availability for evenings and weekend shifts.
- Continuous education on Product and industry knowledge, industry trends, including all Fanatics offerings.
- Promote Fans to connect with other Fanatics Teams like Sportsbook, Collectibles, and Events.
- Must always be available for our Fans, part of the experience we provide.
- Education and Experience Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant experience in the field.
- Basic accounting skills required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Superior communication skills on various levels. Must have articulate speech, proper business writing skills, ability to listen to client and quickly address any concerns.
- Work well under pressure. This industry is often driven by hot market events which require extended work hours and weekend shifts.

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- May be expected to walk up to several miles a day at off-site events.
