Why We’re Looking for You
We’re looking for an Account Manager to build lasting relationships with our Enterprise and Mid-Market customers. In this role, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction, drive renewals, and identify opportunities for expansion. You’ll be at the center of delivering value to our customers while collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Renewals & Growth: Own the renewal process end-to-end and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell to maximize account value.
- Build Trusted Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with key customer stakeholders, acting as their advocate and trusted advisor throughout their journey with Port.
- Support Adoption & Success: Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive product adoption and help customers achieve their business goals.
- Strategic Account Management: Dive deep into customer industries, goals, and challenges to proactively deliver tailored solutions and ensure long-term value.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with technical teams, product managers, and sales to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve Issues Proactively: Address customer concerns and provide solutions that maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: Share feedback with internal teams to influence product development and improve the overall customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or similar client-facing roles, preferably in the Enterprise or Mid-Market segments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport.
- Experience managing renewals, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
- A passion for understanding and solving customer challenges while delivering exceptional value.
- Familiarity with SaaS, developer tools, or technology solutions is a big plus.
- Organized, strategic, and results-driven, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts effectively.
