Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for an in-territory Account Executive - Enterprise to be a part of making this happen.
Location: must be based in Southeast, USA territory (AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, TN)
Responsibilities:
- Leadership for quota carrying regional acquisition sales teams as we scale the business.
- Directly managing a team of 5-8 field based individual contributors
- Learning how to be successful and instilling that into our processes, team and culture
- Working with VP Sales and CRO to build, manage, and develop the team in alignment with the company’s aggressive growth plans
- Assistance in developing the field sales strategy and ensuring that the team is adding value to sales situations both with prospects, customers and partners
- Assisting in the ongoing refinement of the product, messaging, service, etc
- Being the “voice of the customer” via a closed feedback loop along with Customer Success
Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid Passport
- 4+ years Management experience required
- 12+ years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
- Strong collaboration and teambuilding skills
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- You must have a strong track record working in Sales Leadership
- Track record developing and growing all sales functions
- Strategic mindset and strong commercial skills
- Experience in cloud technology, security, SaaS and enterprise software strongly preferred
- Ideally you will have experience working for a high growth technology company
