We are seeking a motivated Inbound Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for a highly driven individual with a strong customer service orientation who can effectively convert inbound inquiries into successful sales. You will work closely with leads generated through marketing campaigns and other inbound channels to build relationships, understand customer needs, and close deals.
Some things you’ll be doing at RoadSync…
Respond to inbound sales inquiries, qualify leads, and guide prospects through the sales process, from initial contact to close.
Understand customer pain points and business needs, offering Roadsync solutions that drive value and improve operational efficiency.
Establish and nurture relationships with new customers while ensuring successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Provide product demonstrations, answer customer questions, and educate prospects about Roadsync’s solutions.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and report on sales activities and progress.
Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and help optimize campaigns.

Qualifications:
1-3 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment. Experience in the logistics, transportation, or payments industry is a plus.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of success in converting inbound leads into closed deals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present solutions to customers.
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms.
Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
Experience with financial or transactional SaaS platforms.
Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry.
