Overview
As a Workflow Solutions Sales Specialist on our Risk Management Solutions (RMS) desk, you will drive the integration of Deutsche Bank’s execution services and technology into clients’ daily treasury operations. You will play a key role in enhancing our clients' treasury functions, working closely with multi-national investment grade and high yield corporations across various sectors, including healthcare, consumers, financial sponsors, TMT, industrials, and energy. Your efforts will be instrumental in scaling existing offerings and providing tailored solutions, contributing to the Bank’s Profit & Loss and origination goals. What You’ll Do
Develop and expand Deutsche Bank’s Workflow Solutions franchise to enhance clients' treasury operations
Represent Workflow Solutions in external and internal calls and meetings, closing client deals and overcoming hurdles to monetize sales opportunities
Design and sell new solutions encompassing payments/collections, liquidity workflow, and risk management activities
Provide information, marketing material, RFP support, case studies, data analysis, and know-how to stakeholders during the sales process
Engage with Multi-National Corporations (MNC), Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI), and FinTechs to develop bespoke solutions and drive business growth
Operate autonomously and collaborate across multiple distribution and product functions to ensure efficient and compliant sales engagements
How You’ll Lead
Collaborate with senior and operational level clients to create economic and operational value through automation and increased bank-client integration
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in MNCs, NBFIs, and FinTechs to foster business growth and tailor solutions to client needs
Lead cross-functional project teams to execute complex, multi-country, and cross-regional projects
Skills You’ll Need
Strong knowledge of international payments, collections, liquidity/lending, and Foreign Exchange (FX) risk management
Proven experience in Corporate/Investment banking, with a focus on risk management and cash management solutions
Experience in working with MNCs, NBFIs, and FinTechs
Proficient project management skills, particularly in complex, multi-country, and cross-regional projects
Solid understanding of derivative products and FX fundamentals

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $190,000 to $299,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
