Account Manager
Position Overview
JumpCrew is seeking a results driven Account Manager to join our team. This role is critical in nurturing and expanding relationships with our clients, ensuring they achieve their goals while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in client management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and provide strategic solutions to drive their success.
Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to execute client strategies and deliver on expectations.
Identify opportunities to upsell and expand services to existing clients, driving revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze client performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve results.
Manage contract renewals and retention strategies, ensuring a seamless process for clients.
Proactively solve challenges and anticipate client needs to ensure long-term success.
Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related customer-facing role.
Proven ability to manage client relationships, drive renewals, and expand accounts.
Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and lead generation processes.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Experience analyzing performance metrics and presenting actionable insights.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer management platforms.
