Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Build Relationships: Identify and reach out to restaurant and foodservice operations in your designated territory.
- Cold Calling Mastery: Complete a minimum of 20 face-to-face cold calls daily to qualified prospects—never miss an opportunity!
- Sales Pipeline Management: Consistently meet your sales goals by managing a pipeline of rental dish machine sales and related products.
- Networking & Research: Use your local knowledge to research new business opportunities and grow your territory.
- Sales Meetings: Participate in weekly sales meetings to track your progress and strategize for success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years of successful outside sales experience, especially in B2B with heavy cold calling.
- Hunter Mentality: You’ve got the drive, persistence, and closing skills to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Organizational Skills: Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to present confidently in person.
- Motivation: Must be comfortable working independently.
